Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Trakkify to explain how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use our platform and connected integrations (including Meta / Facebook, Google, and WhatsApp). By using Trakkify you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Trakkify provides CRM, email marketing, WhatsApp messaging, and ad integration tooling for businesses. Contact us at privacy@trakkify.in for any privacy question.
2. Data we collect
- Account profile: name, email, workspace membership.
- CRM leads and form submissions captured by you or your integrations.
- Tokens and metadata from integrations you connect (Meta Pages, Lead Forms, Google Ads, WhatsApp channels).
- Email marketing lists, campaigns, automation activity, and engagement events (opens, clicks, unsubscribes).
- WhatsApp channels, broadcasts, and message logs.
- Usage and diagnostic data (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and product analytics.
3. How we use data
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Trakkify service.
- To send messages and campaigns on your behalf via connected channels.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To communicate service updates and support responses.
4. Third-party integrations
When you connect Meta, Google, or WhatsApp, we access only the scopes you approve. Data returned by these platforms is used solely to power the features you enabled (e.g. importing leads, sending conversions, delivering messages). You can revoke access at any time from the source platform's settings.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors required to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, messaging providers) and when required by law.
6. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On deletion request we permanently remove personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Security
Sensitive credentials (API keys, integration tokens) are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted by role-based permissions and row-level security policies. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. See our Data Deletion page or email privacy@trakkify.in.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies from your browser settings.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
