Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trakkify (the "Service"), operated by Trakkify IT Solution ("Trakkify", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Trakkify. By using the Service you confirm that any information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trakkify.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to send unsolicited spam, unlawful, or misleading content.
- Do not attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Comply with all laws and third-party platform policies (Meta, Google, WhatsApp) when using connected integrations.
- Obtain valid consent from your contacts before collecting or messaging them.
4. Third-party integrations
Trakkify connects to third-party services such as Meta, Google Ads, and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by these providers.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of data, leads, and content you upload or generate through the Service. You grant Trakkify a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that risks the safety or integrity of the Service. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trakkify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in India.
