User Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected your Facebook/Meta account with Trakkify Connect and would like to request deletion of your Meta-related data, you can request deletion using the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Log in to your Trakkify Connect account.
2. Go to Integrations.
3. Open your Meta/Facebook integration.
4. Disconnect your Meta/Facebook account if it is currently connected.
5. Contact Trakkify support from your registered email address and request deletion of your Meta-related data.
6. After verifying the request, we will process the deletion of applicable Meta Platform Data associated with your account in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies.

The user should provide

• Registered email address
• Account/workspace details required to identify the account
• A clear request for deletion of Meta/Facebook-related data

What Data May Be Deleted?

When applicable to the user’s account and request, deletion may include stored Meta integration information, Meta account identifiers, connected advertising/business asset information, access credentials/tokens, and other Meta Platform Data stored by Trakkify Connect, subject to any data that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
